If you’re a vision plan member, you can get a comprehensive eye exam, including an OCT eye health scan, at no cost to you. And with our two pairs offer, you can also get two pairs of glasses (including single‑vision lenses) at no cost to you. More of a contact lens wearer? Opt for up to a year’s supply of contact lenses instead.
Even better, with many insurance companies we can direct bill, saving you time and hassle.

A Health Spending Account is an employer‑funded account for eligible health expenses not fully covered by your core plan – including glasses, contact lenses, and eye exams.
You may also see the same type of account called HCSA (Health Care Spending Account) or WSA (Wellness Spending Account). These are all the same idea, just with different names.
Vision benefits are often capped to a certain amount. So HSA’s are useful so you can top up between cycles or when you’ve reached your limit.
Yes! We bill vision coverage first and will guide you on how to claim balances through your HSA. If your HAS is with the same insurer, your out‑of‑pocket can often be minimized.
Where available, your HAS, HCSA or WSA can cover any eligible remaining costs.
Many will reset every year. Make sure to check your rollover rules so you don’t leave any funds unused.
Bring along your benefits card and ID and we’ll confirm your eligibility in store for you.
Direct billing
We offer direct billing with many insurance providers saving you time and hassle. If you can’t see yours below you may need to submit your claim manually instead. Our team in store will have the full list of insurers we can direct bill, so make sure to chat to them when you come in.
Terms and conditions
Private/Employer Insurance Coverage – The amount and extent of coverage offered for prescription eyeglasses, prescription contact lenses and eye exams varies by vision insurance plan. Subject to your insurance coverage, you may choose to use your vision insurance benefits towards the cost of prescription eyeglasses, prescription contact lenses and/or eye exams. If any prescription eyeglasses, contact lenses or eye exams are not covered or only partially covered by your vision insurance plan, you will be required to pay the remaining balance. We recommend consulting your insurance provider to determine your individual vision coverage prior to ordering prescription eyeglasses or contact lenses or undergoing an eye exam.
Provincial/Territorial Insurance Coverage – Provincial or territorial insurance coverage for eye exams may be available for seniors, children, and individuals with certain medical conditions. For an eye exam to be covered by a provincial or territorial health care plan, patients must meet the specific eligibility requirements for coverage in the applicable province or territory. We recommend consulting your provincial or territorial health authority to determine your individual vision coverage prior to undergoing an eye exam. Patients not covered by their provincial or territorial health care plan must pay for the cost of an eye exam. Eye exams are provided by independent optometrists. Contact store for more details.
